El mito del Fénix nos habla de resiliencia, esa habilidad para entender las dificultades como oportunidades de aprendizaje. Las personas resilientes no se rinden, se elevan a la altura de los retos que la vida les presenta. Este proyecto performático homenajea a todas esas personas. Nunca dejemos de confiar en nuestra capacidad de resurgir, renovados, de nuestras propias cenizas.

A woman travels her body finding the reincarnation of her imagination. Painting through her movements, she discovers the colors and depths of her sensuality. Slowly, the rhythm accelerates to orgasm. The art that emerges from her corporeality expresses the freedom and indeterminacy of intimacy.

A woman, in her dreams, traverses the deepness in Isabel Picasso's paintings.

Video installation created for the environmental design of the Crown Point Festival at the Brons Art Center. The video is projected onto an extended white ‘voile’ that covers the theatre stage and its audience. Seconds before the video ends, the ‘voile’ is taken away producing a visual and perceptive effect in which the image duplicates its size when impacting on the ceiling of the theatre. The Crown Point Festival is a three week festival of the best emerging and pioneering artists in film, theatre and music from around the world in the Lower East Side of New York City.
